Welcome to Orlando's Oasis!

My name is Orlando Olivarez and I am the Chef/Owner of this establishment. My mom taught me how to cook at a young age, and since then I have always had a passion for cooking. For the last 25 years I have been cooking every item on this menu for myself, my family, and my friends. My mom always wanted me to open my own place, unfortunately my mom is no longer with us, however her spirit will always live through my food... Thanks Mom.

Orlando's Oasis prides itself on using only the finest ingredients and freshest produce and meats available. Almost all of the meal items are prepared fresh everyday to achieve as close to a home cooked meal as you can get. Prices are moderate, portions are huge, the flavor is outstanding and the presentation is top-notch, something that is hard to find in commercial restaurants.
